Retail led, multi-channel sales operations
PSMactive provides retail procurement teams with the ability to exercise complete control over every aspect of purchase and supply for each of their sales channels.
PSMactive provides a logical and coherent structure which enables you to capture and hold supplier, supplier item, contract, product, purchase orders and cost information.
PSMactive is designed to manage the whole procurement chain from suppliers through to delivery. Products are managed in two tiers, one for retail, and another for purchasing, allowing a product to be linked to multiple suppliers and having the supplier’s product details stored against the supplier.
Functionality also includes: storing responses to supplier questionnaires, generation of purchase orders, contract management (prices, lead times, minimum quantities), supplier scorecards.
Multiple supplier contacts can be set up, so purchase orders and contracts can be delivered to as many supplier contacts as you need. You can also have a full set of properties and costs for each product from each supplier.
Fully configurable contracts can be created with a supplier, from which multi-currency purchase orders can be generated or manually created and released using our Crystal Report integration. Current exchange rates are used to convert the cost of stock to the local currency. PSMactive records the currency rate applied at the time of order.
Automatic notifications are provided to users using task trails, informing them of purchase orders over-due or late deliveries as well as many other system checks. The system also provides functionality to automatically activate product purchase, close contracts and generate purchase orders etc.
PSMactive can be integrated into most order management solutions so that it is possible to calculate the stock available from deliveries against specific purchase orders. It also provides a mechanism to calculate how quickly stock is being sold and creates alerts for users when the level gets below a calculated buffer level.
With integration into a WMS goods-in system, PSMactive generates cost buckets and fulfil purchase orders automatically
Through integration with your web site, suppliers can sign off contracts and purchase orders and make real time updates to estimated delivery dates and times. They can also update product details, contact information and view their score cards.
PSMactive helps calculate the stock required for each marketing campaign and provides alerts if sales are more than a defined % to the level expected. It also takes into account the lead times, expected sales, expected delivery dates and quantities to make sure there is always enough stock to meet demand
This allows the system to automatically print/email/fax contracts and purchase orders directly to the supplier without any intervention.
